Join me in this class to learn the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki. This class is meant to empower you to begin your journey of self healing! You will be given the history of this beautiful healing modality. You will learn the concepts of the Reiki principles, the history of its re-discoverer, Mikao Usui, and receive the self healing attunement that will allow you to channel Reiki energy! We will spend time learning how to give ourselves self healing and the corresponding hand positions. We will talk about the ethics and the spiritually guided intelligence of this healing modality!
