Learn ways to disarm situations of conflict by assessing and understanding your adversaries weaknesses. In this workshop we will discuss topics such as grounding techniques, breathing exercises to facilitate your sense of calm, and instruction and practice from a former MMA fighter, Cherelle Warren.
